I’m excited to welcome back my first return guest to the L&D Hot Seat! Dolores Gaut. She’s a Training Specialist at Cognizant with over 17 years of experience in training, facilitation, and leadership development.
In this episode, Dolores and I discuss how you can prioritize projects when coming on to a new team that may not have the same L&D experience that you do. You want to set up a structure and good standards for training, but you don’t want to overwhelm your team with too much information at once.
