Who it's for?: Anyone who wants to brush up on Learner Personas and a more focused experience for your audience.

What I took from this article: Instead of focusing on the new bells and whistles, we should design projects with the learners' mandate in mind. Our audience feels a sense of accomplishment when they can meet specific goals and can apply learning in the real world, not when they get 4/5 stars on a flash game. In order to insure we meet these mandates, we can use learner personas to help choose the right learning strategies and design high impact experiences. This article lays out what a learner persona is and how to implement it.
