What I took from this article: As a psychology major, I've always looked at chunking as content compression for short term memory. This article encourages chunking as a UX tool by grouping similar items for easy skimming - learners' preferred method of reading online. It gives advice and examples for chunking text and multimedia content for user accessibility. A good tool to have in your kit!
