Who is it for?: Those who are starting their digital learning job search and want to narrow it down to a good fit.

What I took from this article: I have a friend that tells me every job you do should help build your skillset and make you a stronger candidate for your next job. As I've moved into the freelance space, I find this to be truer with every passing day. This article succeeds in narrowing down criteria such as your philosophy in learning, what you liked in past managers, and what company culture you mesh with. It provides exercises to help you practice your responses similar to a friend who would ask the right questions when you describe your job search. Overall, this article was exactly what I needed as I put myself out there in the workforce!
