In this episode, Darren and I discuss:

1) Not “Soft skills”, but instead “Human skills or Power skills”. Why is it important to restructure skill development at work?

2) What are some of the skills we will need in the future and how should companies and managers be prepared for the future of skill development?

3) What was your vision for Learnapalooza when you started it? In what ways has it grown, and where do you hope to see it go?
