1) Imagine that you’re working for a new client that requests you use a specific authoring tool that you have never used before. Upon researching the tool, you see that it resembles other products you are familiar with and accomplish similar goals. What’s your next step with his client?
2) You’re beginning to work with an SME who has been employed with the company for decades and you’re helping them transition their in-person teaching tools to online instruction. The SME is resistant though because they feel that once their work goes online it means they’re out of a job. What steps do you take to complete your work?
3) You’re about to enter a kickoff meeting and you can tell the client is unsure about the sticker price of your services. How do you help them see the worth of what you can provide?
